Nutritional treatment protocol for Chronic Fatigue SyndromeThere are quite a few nutritional steps one can take to achieve better health for those suffering with chronic fatigue syndrome. By following this chronic fatigue syndrome treatment protocol you can create balance in the body and alleviate many if not all of the challenges associated with chronic fatigue syndrome. Ultimately there’s really no treatment like what the human body can do for itself. This protocol will just aid in your overall well being and bodies ability to maintain health. 1. Glyconutrients a natural non toxic blend of all eight essential saccharides that allow for every cell in the body to communicate. Glyconutrients really facilitate a process that allows for the utilization of any thing you put in your body. The bottom line is if you want what you’re taking to work you must consume these vital nutrients. 10 grams of Glyconutrients a day is recommended for four months, after that a maintenance amount of 5 grams should be sufficient. 2. Consume a plant based multivitamin and mineral product. Multivitamins feed and nourish every cell in the body, allowing the production of energy at the cellular level. Take as recommended on container. 3. Malic acid and magnesium combination are great for energy production to help you get going. Recommended you start slowly with this product because it can cause stomach irritability. A fruit acid, Malic acid is usually found on most cells in the human body. It also aids enzymes in ATP synthesis. Take as recommended on container. 4. B12 capsules for an energy boost or if you don’t mind shots(needles) and want even more of a boost from B12 you can do the B12 injections of 3000 cc’s. Do fifteen shots over the course of three to five weeks doing no more than five shots a week. After the fifteen shots take as needed. 5. Lipoic acid should be taken to support the liver. Take 200 mg daily for half a year. This is really important for those that are taking or have taken the medications Diflucan or Sporanox as these are especially hard on the liver. 6. Vitamin D fortified Calcium being sure to get 500 mg to 1000 mg of calcium along with at least 400 mg of vitamin D daily. Calcium for strong bones and vitamin D allows you to absorb the calcium. Vitamin D deficiencies have also been linked to many chronic illnesses such as chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. 7. Glutathione a powerful antioxidant can be taken as a powerful antioxidant the recommended amount is 200 mg to 250 mg daily. If glutathione is to expensive you can take N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine or NAC for short. 500 mg of NAC should be consumed for half a year, then as necessary. 8. Floradix liquid iron supplement to prevent anemia. Anemia can cause fatigue and decreased endurance. Because Floradix is iron from plants it is much more absorbable and so less needs to be taken than Chromagen FA or ferrous sulfate. 9. Borage seed oil or flax seed oil can be combined for better benefit unless someone has bipolar disorder or is manic depressive. Up to 1500 mg of these oils is acceptable. 10. S-adenosylmethionine or SAMe as most know it as, is used for energy production as it is produced in the body, however when supplemented it’s used for depression, liver disease and osteoarthritis. SAMe can be taken 1 to 4 times daily (200 mg) 11. Glyco-Antioxidant blend has highest known source of vitamin C on planet earth derived from the Australian bush plum, also contains mixed tocopherols (vitamin E), Quercetin Dihydrate ( decreases capillary fragility), grape skin extract and green tea extract. This blend of some the most powerful antioxidants on the planet has an ORAC rating over 17,000. These nutrients provide the very best cell protection against oxidative stress. 2 capsules daily is all that’s necessary because this synergistic blend is so powerful.

glyconutrients and all food and plant based supplements are not intended for or used to, treat, cure, or mitigate, any disease. They are to be taken for the sole purpose of feeding the body the missing components, that our new modern diets lack. However, according to the CDC (the Center for Disease Control) most of the most common deadly killing diseases of today, including cancer, can be either avoided or greatly effected by the mere change in diet and key components ingested through supplementaion.
