Glyconutrients and vitamin b12 benefits autism

Are you a parent looking for that one-two punch to improve the health of your child or loved one. Researches and doctors have found when taken in conjunction with each other, that glyconutrients and vitamin b12 benefits autism. This is no ordinary benefit, together they have shown a very significant benefit to those suffering with autism. First of all vitamin b12 benefits autism by maintaining and supporting healthy red blood cells and nerve cells. It is also necessary in the production of DNA which is the genetic matter contained in all 60 trillion cells of the body. Protein and vitamin b12 are bound in food. Vitamin b12 is released for absorption during digestion by hydrochloric acid. Once the b12 is released it interacts with a substance called intrinsic factor which allows it to be absorbed by the intestines. Primarily foods that contain vitamin b12 are those from animal products, including meat, eggs, poultry, fish, milk and other dairy products such as yogurt, sour cream, cheese, etc. For those that are vegetarians, there are numerous cereals that are fortified with vitamin b12. Vitamin b12 also comes in supplement for, which for many people is the most convenient way to insure they get enough b12 in their diet.

Glyconutrients are saccharides, also known as “sugars that heal”. They are special biological sugars that coat every cell in the body. Their function is to allow for intercellular communication of every cell. So, just as we need DNA (our bodies hardware) we also need Glyconutrients (our bodies software). Think of it this way, your computer has all these magnificent programs that can be used to do many things such as connect to the internet, operate spread sheets, do taxes, play games, trace family genealogy, operate a business and much more. But how would those programs run and how effective would your computer be if you did not have an operating system such as Windows? That’s where glyconutrients come in for your body! Scientists have found when glyconutrients are present, the human body can recognize nutrients such as vitamin b12 allowing for the proper production of DNA and maintenance of healthy nerve and red blood cells.

Glyconutrients are primarily plant based nutrients although one is found in certain shellfish. They are mostly found in roots, tubers, tree saps, a few mushrooms and certain seaweeds. Of the more than 200 hundred saccharides (sugars)  found in nature, only eight have been identified as being present on human cells. An interesting side note about these saccharides is they are different than processed refined sugars and have no negative effect on blood sugar levels because they work on the cellular level. They are completely safe for diabetics or someone with hyperglycemia.

The biggest difference between vitamin b12 and glyconutrients is how readily available they are in our modern day diets. Most people are able to get dairy, meats and fortified cereals in their diet, however most people don’t eat the foods containing all eight glyconutrients as they’ve been refined out of the 21st century diet. People aren’t digging up roots and tubers or ripping the bark off trees to get the sap! The best way to get all eight essential glyconutrients is through supplementation.

Anyone suffering from autism (or any condition) regardless of their state of health can benefit from combining vitamin b12 and glyconutrients in their diet. Is the one you care about missing vitamin b12 or glyconutrients, preventing them from a better quality and healthier life?

glyconutrients and all food and plant based supplements are not intended for or used to, treat, cure, or mitigate, any disease. They are to be taken for the sole purpose of feeding the body the missing components, that our new modern diets lack. However, according to the CDC (the Center for Disease Control) most of the most common deadly killing diseases of today, including cancer, can be either avoided or greatly effected by the mere change in diet and key components ingested through supplementaion.
