Sugars that harm or Sugars that healWhich do you choose? For most people it is difficult to get away from the sugars that harm? These refined sugars including ones such as high fructose corn syrup are in most processed foods we eat. Next time you grab for your favorite cereal, peanut butter, snack food, jar of spaghetti or any other boxed or canned food take a look at the label and you’ll probably find there’s some form of sugar in it! These sugars are harmful and are primarily in these foods as a preservative. The problem lies in that our bodies don’t need all these processed refined sugars. They cause blood sugar levels to rise which causes massive amounts of insulin to be produced which taxes the pancreas leading to this epidemic of diabetes. These same ill effects are what causes weight gain as well, when your body burns up these empty sugar calories so quickly it thinks it’s starving. This creates a chain reaction that tells your body to create fat stores(it doesn’t realize there is a local grocer five minutes away). Conversely, there are sugars that heal. These sugars are found in nature but are not processed and refined and when consumed can have tremendous health benefits. They allow your bodies cells to function normally, they allow your blood sugar levels to remain at normal, healthy levels and much more. Glyconutrients as they are commonly known as are quite possibly they missing link between living a healthy life or sucumbing to sickness and disease. We know your probably getting plenty of sugars that harm in your diet, wouldn’t it be wise to start implementing sugars that heal? glyconutrients and all food and plant based supplements are not intended for or used to, treat, cure, or mitigate, any disease. They are to be taken for the sole purpose of feeding the body the missing components, that our new modern diets lack. However, according to the CDC (the Center for Disease Control) most of the most common deadly killing diseases of today, including cancer, can be either avoided or greatly effected by the mere change in diet and key components ingested through supplementaion.
